 What's New for the 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid?

At McGrath Lexus of Chicago, many of our customers are interested in driving home in a new hybrid vehicle, and we are pleased to offer a great selection. The Lexus RX is a premium midsize crossover with a long-standing, well-deserved reputation of excellence. This model was originally introduced as a gas-powered vehicle, but the lineup includes a number of RX Hybrid models including the RX 350h, the RX450h+ plug-in hybrid model, and the RX 500h F Sport Performance model.

Every 2024 RX Hybrid model comes standard with all-wheel drive. At the beginning of the RX Hybrid lineup, the RX 350h AWD is powered by a 2.5-liter hybrid four-cylinder engine that creates 246 horsepower. If you choose to drive home in the plug-in hybrid RX 450h+ Luxury AWD, your SUV will benefit from three electric motors coupled with a four-cylinder engine. This powertrain generates up to 304 horsepower. The RX 500h F Sport Performance AWD has a standard hybrid powertrain and a four-cylinder, turbocharged 2.4-liter engine. It delivers up to 366 horsepower, a six-speed automatic transmission, and sport-tuned all-wheel drive.

The RX 350h is available in four trim levels, which include the base model, the Premium Trim, Premium+ trim, and the Luxury trim. Standard features include a power liftgate, triple-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats that are power-adjustable, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 9.8-inch touchscreen, and a 12-speaker stereo.

The new RX 450h+ is only available with the Luxury trim. The Luxury trim comes with a head-up display, perforated leather upholstery, a 14-inch infotainment system screen, a wood and leather steering wheel, parking sensors, a sunroof, a wireless phone charging station, keyless entry, wireless Apple CarPlay with Android Auto, driver's memory controls, and more. If you opt for the RX 500h F Sport Performance, your SUV will be comparably equipped to the Luxury trim, but it will also include 21-inch matte black wheels, unique F Sport front and rear styling, front sport seats, dark chrome exterior trim, and more.

The RX Hybrid has the same exterior style as the gas-powered RX. Its design is defined on the sides with a bold accent that starts on the lower door panels and rises over the back fenders. The front of the RX Hybrid is captivating with a flared, tall grille. The LED ribbon in the headlights and the chrome accents on the lower fascia have a swooping, pointed look that draws attention to the grille.
