 What's New for the 2024 Lexus RX 350?

In 2024, the engaging Lexus RX grows even more appealing with the launch of its 450h+ trim level. This is a plug-in hybrid vehicle with a 37-mile all-electric range. The system produces 304 horsepower. The plug-in hybrid version of the RX is only available with the Luxury sub-trim. As a result, its elite features include a head-up display, 21-inch wheels, synthetic suede door trim, and premium leather seats. It also has all of the features introduced in the lower sub-trim levels.

The other powertrains available for the 2024 RX are identical to the ones offered in 2023. The entry-level engine is a 275-horsepower, four-cylinder, turbo 2.4-liter engine connected to an eight-speed auto transmission. A hybrid four-cylinder, 2.5-liter engine with a CVT is also available, and it produces 246 horsepower. A hybrid four-cylinder, turbo 2.4-liter engine with a six-speed auto transmission is the top-of-the-line system, giving you 366 horsepower. This engine pairs with standard, sport-tuned all-wheel drive, a sport-tuned adaptive suspension, and enhanced braking capabilities.

The memorable façade of the 2024 Lexus RX is unchanged from the previous model year. Its sporty look is established by tall, smooth doors that are dressed with wave-like contouring that swells up over the rear haunches. The height of the doors pairs with a tapered roof and an arched hood for a dramatic effect. Flanking the A-frame drop-down grille, you will find angled air intakes with a bolt of chrome trim and a sharp LED ribbon running under the premium headlights.

The RX is remarkably outfitted with elite features and technologies, unchanged from the previous model year. Some of the base trim level's features are a 12-speaker sound system, synthetic leather upholstery, proximity keyless entry, heated and auto-dimming side mirrors, reclining rear seats, a tri-zone climate control system, a 9.8-inch infotainment system screen, and others. Higher trims could come with a wireless phone charger, a 14-inch display screen, sports front seats, adaptive cruise control, forward collision sensing with mitigation, lane departure mitigation, and many additional features.
