The 2025 IS 350 is the mid-level option in the lineup. Its 3.5-liter V6 engine produces 311 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. A rear-wheel drive layout with an eight-speed auto transmission is standard, and there is also an all-wheel drive option with a six-speed auto transmission. The IS 350 comes with adaptive suspension dampers and a limited-slip rear differential.

The 2025 ES 350 is also the mid-level option. It comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine as well. However, this system puts out 302 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. It comes with an eight-speed auto transmission and front-wheel drive. In addition, some trims have a sport-tuned suspension.

Appearance

The IS 350 is a sport sedan with a fastback roof and a long, dramatically angled hood. Powerful swells round over the rear haunches to bring the sleek sides to life. At the front, the sharply angled headlights are accented by an LED lightning bolt design. The lower air inlets follow the angle of the hourglass-shaped grille.

The ES 350 also has a sporty design. It features a stunning slope across the roof with a swell over the defined hood. The sides are styled with a deep, angled definition line over the lower perimeter. At the front, the pointed headlights are underscored by a bolt-like LED element. The air inlets dramatically point inward to highlight the cinched-in grille.

Features

The 2025 IS 350 is outfitted with a 10.3-inch touch display screen, a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system, a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, auto braking with front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, an 8-inch touch display screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and several other features.

The ES 350 has the same features as the IS 350. It also adds driver memory functions, power sunshades for the rear window, puddle lights, and a few other features.
